Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies

There’s nothing like a soft chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I have bought many box mixes, and it’s just not the same. the man of the house, likes his cookies a little overdone to my taste. when I make the box mixes he always complains, and says but they taste more like a muffin consistency so here’s to trying a new recipe and hopefully we can both be satisfied. When it comes to chocolate chip cookies no one should be unhappy.

Pi Day Pie Party March 14

So I am no mathematician & in fact math is my least favorite subject. Probably because I am not great at it. However today I am celebrating National Pi Day by eating a yummy pie

What is national pie day?
http://newsfeed.time.com/2011/03/14/qa-why-do-we-celebrate-pi-day/
Says What exactly does Pi Day celebrate?
It’s primarily a chance to have fun with the topic of math and science. And while it celebrates Pi officially, it’s more of an excuse to get excited and show the fun side of math and science.

So what better way to have fun with math but by making a yummy pie.

How to Cook Bacon

Found this on pinterest and it is a tip I actually use. A friend of mine works at a ban place and she shared this with me last year. Saturday breakfast hasn’t been the same since doing bacon in the oven. Its simple, and so very yummy.  So wether it’s breakfast or lunch bacon is good anytime of the day.

To learn how go over to Robyn’s blog and learn how. She even shares hoe to freeze it when cooked. Somethibg I never thought of, and will for sure be doing from now on. No more expensive pre cooked bacon on rushed mornings.

Cheez-it Grooves Zesty Ranch Review

image

I have always been a fan of cheez-it’s but on a whim I picked these up to try something new.  Well conforming these my daughter and I ate nearly half the box. They were absolutely delish. Box says best of a cheez it and a chip in one. I say cross between a chezz-it and a tried it. Either way they are absolute yummy in my tummy.

Chocolate Eclair Cake

This fourth of July we celebrated with a great friend of ours from high school. She introduced us to a very yummy dessert called Eclair Cake. When she told me how she did it, and how easy it was, I knew this was one that had to be respected.
