Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies

There’s nothing like a soft chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I have bought many box mixes, and it’s just not the same. the man of the house, likes his cookies a little overdone to my taste. when I make the box mixes he always complains, and says but they taste more like a muffin consistency so here’s to trying a new recipe and hopefully we can both be satisfied. When it comes to chocolate chip cookies no one should be unhappy.

Ingredients
  • 14 Tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour (I used 3 Cups **Explained in Instructions)
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt or Sea Salt
  • 3 Cups of Chocolate Chips or Chunks

    Yum! I love chocolate chip cookies, but there are definitely many different ways to make them. Crunch, soft, really chocolatey … less so … It gets so complicated! Of course, I think my grandmother makes them the best! She seems to have the “magic touch” that I only wish I could somehow take from her.
