Pi Day Pie Party March 14

So I am no mathematician & in fact math is my least favorite subject. Probably because I am not great at it. However today I am celebrating National Pi Day by eating a yummy pie

It’s primarily a chance to have fun with the topic of math and science. And while it celebrates Pi officially, it’s more of an excuse to get excited and show the fun side of math and science.

So what better way to have fun with math but by making a yummy pie.

What You’ll Need
5 Idaho potatoes, cut into chunks
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup butter, divided
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup beef broth
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons seasoned salt
1 (15-ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 cup milk
